Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

Conditions for return/exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For perfumes, the bottle must be unopened and unused, as opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video — we will replace it free of charge.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds are made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the mistake was from our side (wrong or damaged item).
Products purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange only.
