1. General

Zehraa’s is an online store offering perfumes, ready-to-wear clothing, and abayas for customers across Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the update.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible.
However, product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting, screen brightness, or display settings, and fabric measurements may vary slightly (1–2 inches) due to the cutting process. Such minor variations are not considered defects.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Prices and discounts may change at any time without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.
Delivery charges are separate and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation message or call.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call you to verify your order before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information. If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Where available, advance payment can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
Your order will be dispatched after payment confirmation for prepaid orders.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or public holidays. Zehraa’s is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, as described in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

The Zehraa’s name, logo, product images, and all content on this website are the property of Zehraa’s.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse it in any way, including placing fraudulent orders, attempting to harm the website, or using our content for unlawful purposes.
We may refuse service or cancel orders of customers found violating these terms.

10. Privacy

Your personal information (name, phone number, address) is used only to process and deliver your orders and to provide customer support.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zehraa’s is responsible only for the products we sell and deliver as described.
We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of this website or delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
